Problems Faced by the Agricultural Workers at Faizabad District: An Analytical Study

Background: Agriculture workers are defined as who works in the field for wages. They generate almost all of food that we consume. Their health and safety have a direct impact on growth agricultural production. Aim: This study focused risk factors problems faced by workers. Materials Methods: The present included 150 sample was selected using random sampling procedure Balramau area Faizabad district. Data were collected self-structured interview schedule. Results: clearly revealed maximum respondents due to irrigation, fertilizers or pesticides, thresher tractor causes hearing loss, sharp objects occurred cuts injuries, breathing soil, electrocution. Female more compared male Conclusion: Agricultural do not any regular employment, security, job stable income, social security protection. analysis underlines appropriate management may be feasible empowering local infrastructure through government policies.
